My girlfriend loved it. As a nurse, she has gotten lots of compliments on its looks. Seems to be holding up just fine after 2 months. Chain was a little longer than I expected, but still worth the money. The shine and hue is absolutely like nothing I’ve seen on a necklace for this price.

I had ordered a name necklace in May of 2019. The necklace was beautiful but because of my hyphenated name, the necklace ended up bending and breaking right in the middle (being a soft sterling silver). I reached out to the vendor to let them know what had happened and that I was bummed because I really loved the necklace. I was hoping they could repair it for me or maybe replace (it was a long shot being over a year). They were more than willing to replace it and even listened to my idea as to how to make the necklace so that it would be stronger and less risk of bending and breaking. I received the replacement necklace and it was even more beautiful than the first one and it was exactly as I had asked/suggested. Communication was awesome and they were very willing to make it right!!! I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from this Rochas Jewelry vendor!! You will not be disappointed. That is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

While the item was decent enough, I was highly disappointed that the chain was tangled around the nameplate and I was unable to untangle it due to the delicate nature of the chain and the nameplate. It didn’t appear to be anything that could have occurred in shipping so it was likely boxed like that right after production. There is no way for me to reorder before Christmas so I now have to goto a jeweler to ee if they can resolve the issue.

The name and birthstone are beautiful alittle disappointed as the photo shows a box link chain and I thought that was what I was ordering. It came with a loose link chain which I am concerned my 8 yr old will break shortly. I should have read the description as it says cable link. It’s just her old one had box link so didn’t think I had to read as the picture showed box. My mistake

I purchased this for my 11 year old niece as a Christmas gift. She thought it was great, but it is rather “fragile” and I don’t think it would take too much to break it. Something to put in the jewelry box and only wear on special occasions.
