I just received my sterling silver pandora bracelet, beautiful but it’s very hard to figure out on how to open to put on, need to know how to do that so that I can wear it.

The bracelet is beautiful and all my charms fit perfectly. The clasp is really difficult for me both putting it on and taking it off. I have to use a nail file to pry it apart! Hope it frees up after a while!
